Daily Tip 1: A Healthy Ranch Dressing


Like ranch dressing? Most of us do, but it’s high in Calories and low in nutrients. Try this quick recipe for a weight loss friendly, healthy ranch that you can use on salads, sandwiches, and as a vegetable dip:

2 cups non-fat, plain Greek Yogurt

1 packet of ranch dressing seasoning

    • Thanks for the feedback! I’ll definitely edit it to include the nutrition facts. The recipe makes about 2 cups of dressing and has a total of 265 Calories, 0 g fat, 46 g protein, and 19 g carbs 🙂
      It has 16 Calories vs ~140 Calories for regular ranch per 2 tbsp serving.
