How to Motivate Yourself to Lose Weight


Wanting to lose weight, but lacking the motivation? Motivation is the first step and one of the hardest parts of weight loss. Well I came up with a trick to help motivate you to lose weight and keep your focus on what you want to accomplish.

Those of you who have read my blog before may know that I love to keep a motivation journal. If you think it’s too much work, remember that you will only get out what you put in, so try to make your own weight loss journal and let me know what you think!
