Are you going through a hard time in your life? It can be easy to give up on our goals when life gets tough, but we will be thankful to ourselves in the long run if we don’t. Think of how accomplished you will feel if you can stick to your goals even when it’s difficult!

It’s easy to limit ourselves to what we’ve always been. It’s comfortable too! But at the same time, is the comfort of your unhealthy routine worth being uncomfortable in your own skin?

Logically, you are telling yourself yes. But there is a piece of you that wants the comfort of the old routine. That’s completely normal! The desire to go back to your old routine will come and go. Avoid it when you can. If you fail, forgive yourself completely and get back to making the new you!
