It’s easy to limit ourselves to what we’ve always been. It’s comfortable too! But at the same time, is the comfort of your unhealthy routine worth being uncomfortable in your own skin?
Logically, you are telling yourself yes. But there is a piece of you that wants the comfort of the old routine. That’s completely normal! The desire to go back to your old routine will come and go. Avoid it when you can. If you fail, forgive yourself completely and get back to making the new you!
